Andhra Pradesh has observed ‘Nava Nirmana Deeksha’ on the bifurcation day ,which is also the Telangana formation day.
AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu participated in Nava Nirmana Deeksha organised at Benz Circle . He administered the citizens to take pledge by dedicating themselves to build modern state which is free of poverty and corruption.
He said, Congress has irrationally divided the state and paid heavy political price , leaving the people of AP in debt. Its time to rebuild the state and place it on the top , said Naidu.
He alleged that, Congress chose June 2 for the bifurcation of the state as it marked the Independence Day of Italy.
