Agenda of CM and Jagan is the same
Former minister Dr P Shanker Rao has alleged that the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and the YSRCP Chief YS Jagana Mohan Reddy were one, and hence the Chief Minister was not countering the criticism of Jagan against the Congress party.
Speaking to the media at CLP office here on Wednesday, Shanker Rao said that the Chief Minister and Jagan’s agenda was the same and hence they were not criticizing each other.
Shanker Rao urged the Party high command to direct the State Party leaders, who were confusing the party vote bank by expressing different views on late Dr YSR, not to speak as they wished. He said that some leaders were demanding the removal of Dr YSR’s portraits from the flexes and it was not proper for them.
He said that the party will be affected with the statements of some leaders that Dr YSR was an anti-dalith. The same Dr YSR had made those dalit leaders as Party Whips, Ministers and MPs, he said and added that there were several dalits in Dr YSR’s family.
He said that he will not respond on Jagan and Dr YSR’s corrupt practices as the issue was in the Court. Shanker Rao questioned the leaders who were speaking about Dr YSR’s corruption as to what they were doing for the last two years and as to why they were speaking about it now.
