After a 20-year break, actress Amala is returning to the silver screen for a special role in Shekhar Kammula’s Life is Beautiful. She said the film is a tasteful entertainer. “I am doing a film after 20 years and it was a new experience. My son Akhil used to watch his father’s shoot, this is the first time he will see me act,” said Amala, who received a kiss from her hubby, Nagarjuna, who released the film’s audio.
“I am happy for Amala and I have been asking Shekhar to make a film with me but he hasn’t,” Nagarjuna said jokingly. Even Shriya Saran and Anjala Jhaveri have cameos in this romantic comedy.
