It’s been a while since Adah Sharma has made an appearance on the big screen. Post her debut in the Bollywood flick “1920”, directed byVikram Bhat, the actor was off the radar. But now, looks like Adah is ready to revive her filmi career with a Tollywood sojourn.
Sources close the actor has confirmed that the lady has been offered “Bhai” oppositeNagarjuna, to be directed by Veerabadhram. “Adah was in Hyderabad recently to do a photoshoot at the Annapurna Studios,” says the source. But this is not the only flick the actor will be seen in. Adah, it is heard, has been offered a three-film deal with Annapurna Studios, “The studio wants Adah to sign a three-film deal with them, much on the lines of what Yash Raj makes its talents do. The only difference being, the contract is not exclusive and Adah is free to do other films as long as she fullfils the requirements of the contract and does three films under the studio banner,” says the source. Buzz also suggests that post “Bhai”, Adah will be seen in a film opposite Naga Chaitanya, which is also part of the deal.
Meanwhile, the actor seems to have caught the eye of another Southern film biggie, Gautham Menon. The filmmaker has reportedly offered Adah the lead role in his forthcoming bi-lingual film, “Courier Boy Kalyan”. “The Telugu version of Gautham’s film stars Nithiin, while the Tamil film has Jai in the lead. Adah plays a girl who works in a video library,” says the source.
