Eleven people, including four students were killed and six injured, one of them seriously, in four different road accidents occurred in the state today. According to police, two students were killed when their bike hit a stationary lorry at Laxmipuram in Palasa of Srikakulam district. In Warangal District, two engineering students were killed when their bike was hit by speeding lorry at Hasanparthi in the district. In another incident, two persons were killed and five injured when the auto in which they were travelling was hit by a lorry at Kodad in Nalgonda District. The injured were shifted to Kodad Government Hospital. While one person was killed, another was seriously injured when a lorry ran over them at Khammam while they were sleeping on the roadside in the wee hours today. The seriously injured were admitted to Khammam Government Hospital, police added. A report from Guntur district said , four people, including a father and his daughter, were killed when the autorickshaw, in which they were travelling, collided with a lorry at Ballamkonda, near Cross Roads in the district. The lorry collided with the auto at high speed, resulting in all the occupants being hurled out from the ill-fated vehicle and at the same time, a milk van, coming from behind, ran over them, killing three of the victims on the spot, police said.
